1. Booking. The client books the model or models named in this agreement for the shoot type, date and hours listed above, at the rate per hour set by the client.
2. Usage rights. The client may use the images and footage from this booking in the media, for the term and in the territory listed above. Any other use needs a new written agreement in the panel.
3. Overtime. Time beyond the booked hours is paid at the agreed overtime rate, counted in 30 minute increments.
4. Cancellation. Cancellation terms, no-show terms and weather holds apply as listed in the full agreement.
5. Model release. The model grants the client the release needed for the usage above, signed by both sides in the panel.

Who are the models?

Adult models who applied to ModelContracts and passed age and ID verification. They work in e-commerce, commercial, fashion, fitness, plus size, petite, male and promotional shoots.

How is the agency fee charged?

The agency fee is a percent of the talent fee, set by your plan, and it is paid by the client. You see the exact amount in the booking before you confirm.

Who owns the photos?

Ownership of the images follows your agreement with the photographer. The model booking agreement grants you the right to use the model's likeness in the media, term and territory you choose.

How do usage terms work?

You pick media, term and territory when you book. They are written into the usage rider and the release, and you can extend them later with a new agreement in the panel.

What if I need to cancel?

The cancellation terms in the contract apply. You see them before you book, and the model sees them before accepting.

Can I bring my own model?

Yes. Invite the model to the panel, and the booking gets the same contract, release and payout as any other booking.

What if a model is a no-show?

The no-show terms in the contract apply. You are not charged for the missed booking, and you can rebook from your shortlist in the panel.

How fast can I book?

As fast as a model accepts. Post a casting or send a direct booking request. The contract is ready the moment both sides confirm.
