Brand ambassador agency for events, retail and repeat programs

A brand ambassador is more than a pleasant face at a booth. They explain the product, answer hard questions and represent you for weeks or months. ModelContracts works as a brand ambassador agency you run yourself: cast verified adult talent, train them on your product, book them on signed agreements and bring the same people back for every activation.

When you need an ambassador, not a one-day hire

Promotional staff cover a shift. Ambassadors carry your brand over time. If you run a retail program every weekend, tour a product across several cities or need people who can demo a device without reading a card, you want ambassadors. For single events and sampling days, our promotional models page covers that work.

  1. 01 In-store demos and retail activations on a weekly schedule
  2. 02 Product tours across several venues or cities
  3. 03 Launch events where staff answer detailed product questions
  4. 04 Long-running programs that need a stable, trained team

Train once, rebook a team that already knows the product

Your best ambassadors are the ones who no longer need a briefing. Attach training materials to the casting and the booking: product sheets, demo scripts, FAQs, compliance rules and brand voice notes. Ambassadors confirm they read them when they sign. When you rebook, the materials and their confirmation history stay in your account.

  • Product sheets and demo scripts attached to the booking
  • Compliance rules for claims you may and may not make
  • Brand voice notes and dress code
  • Confirmation from each ambassador before the first shift

Your roster, ready for the next program

After a good activation you save the ambassadors who delivered to a board. Next time you open a new casting, invite that board first. Each new booking generates its own agreement, so changed hours, rates or usage terms are always recorded. Boards and shortlists are explained on the model casting page.

  1. 01 Save top performers to a named board
  2. 02 Invite the board to new castings before opening them wider
  3. 03 Book recurring dates without retyping the brief
  4. 04 Keep every past agreement in the same archive

Ambassadors who work the store floor

In-store programs need people who handle customers, follow store rules and report back. You describe the store, the hours and what you need captured: questions asked, units sold, feedback heard. The booking agreement records the schedule and the rate you set. Your team approves the hours in the panel after each shift.

Agreements, usage and release for every ambassador

Ambassadors often appear in your own photos and social posts. The modeling contract generated with each booking includes the usage rider, and the model release form is signed at the same time. You know where you can post their image and for how long before the program starts.

Verified adult talent, no fees for ambassadors

Every ambassador is 18 or older and has passed age and ID verification. Brand accounts are verified too. Talent never pays to apply, to be booked or to receive payment. Work is commercial and event only. More on safety.

Pay the rate you set plus one agency fee

Ambassador programs run on volume, so the agency fee matters. It is 20% on Starter, 15% on Studio, 12% on Agency and 10% on Enterprise, charged on the rate you agreed. Agency and Enterprise plans include unlimited shortlists and boards for large rosters. See pricing.

FAQ

What does a brand ambassador agency do?

It finds, books and pays ambassadors for your events and retail programs. On ModelContracts you do the casting and booking yourself, and the agreements, releases and payouts run in the panel.

Can I keep the same ambassadors for a whole season?

Yes. Save them to a board and book each date or block of dates. Every booking has its own signed agreement.

Can I require ambassadors to complete product training?

Yes. Attach the training to the booking. Ambassadors confirm they completed it when they accept and sign.

Who sets the ambassador rate?

You do. We never publish suggested rates. The rate goes into the booking agreement that both sides sign.
