Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of modelcontracts.com, operated by the administrator of the modelcontracts.com service. By creating an account you accept them. Questions go to support@modelcontracts.com. Last updated October 19, 2026.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to create any account, as a brand user or as a model. Every model, and every brand user who books, completes age and identity verification through our identity verification provider before booking. We refuse or close accounts that fail verification, use false identities or belong to anyone under 18.
Your account
You keep your sign-in details private and you are responsible for activity on your account. Brand accounts may add team members up to the seat limit of their plan. Each team member must also be an adult and follow these terms.
What ModelContracts does
ModelContracts is an online modeling agency. We list and book verified adult models with brands on a signed agreement, and models choose which castings to accept. Brands post castings, models apply, and both sides use the panel to agree a booking. We provide the tools: castings, shortlists, messaging, the Model Booking Agreement, usage riders, model releases, payments and payouts.
Who the contract is between
Each Model Booking Agreement is made between the brand and the model, inside the panel, and both of them approve it before the booking is confirmed. The brand sets the rate, the hours, the usage terms and the other details. ModelContracts is not a party to that agreement and does not guarantee that any casting leads to a booking. We do not promise work or earnings to models.

Brands pay a subscription. Prices are in US dollars, before any applicable taxes. Compare plan limits on the model booking page.

Yearly billing gives a 50 percent discount compared with monthly billing. Every subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel renewal at any time in account settings, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Moving to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly billing charges the difference right away. Payments are final as described in our refund policy.
Agency fee per booking
On top of the subscription, each confirmed booking carries an agency fee paid by the client, calculated on the talent fee set in the contract. The rate depends on your plan.

Models never pay
Models pay nothing to use ModelContracts. Profiles, portfolios, applications, contracts and payouts are free for talent. Nobody may ask a model for a fee in connection with a casting on the platform. You can read how to apply as a model.
Content rules
ModelContracts is for fashion, commercial, e-commerce, fitness, promotional and similar work. Explicit content and nudity are not allowed, in castings, profiles, messages or bookings. You may not post content that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or that infringes the rights of others. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
No circumvention
Castings found on ModelContracts must be booked through ModelContracts. You may not move a booking, a payment or a negotiation off the platform to avoid the agency fee or the contract, and you may not ask the other party to do so. We may suspend accounts that circumvent the platform and charge the agency fee that would have applied.
Cancellations
Cancellations of a booking follow the cancellation terms written in the Model Booking Agreement for that booking. The brand and the model agree those terms before the booking is confirmed, and the panel applies them. Learn more about the modeling contract we generate.
Disputes between users
Disputes about a booking are between the brand and the model under their agreement. We may help by sharing booking records stored in the panel. Nothing on the site is legal advice; for questions about your rights, talk to your own attorney.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular result from a casting. We verify age and identity, but we do not guarantee the conduct of any user.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, fails verification or puts other users at risk. Signed contracts and releases stay available to the other party of those bookings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights that the law of your place of residence gives you and that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top and tell account holders by email before significant changes take effect. Questions about these terms go to support@modelcontracts.com. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
