End of a night shoot: a producer hands a model her copy of the signed booking paperwork at the studio door while an assistant wheels a garment rack past

Contact ModelContracts

The fastest way to reach us is email. Write to support@modelcontracts.com and a member of our team replies within one business day. Most account tasks are already in your panel, so check there first for billing, castings, contracts and payouts.

Email us

Our only contact channel is support@modelcontracts.com. We do not run a phone line or a contact form, and we do not take calls or meetings. Every request gets a written answer, which also gives you a clear record of what was agreed.

What to write about

Send us an email when something in the panel does not solve your question. Include the email address on your account and, where it helps, the casting or booking reference.

  • Account access, sign-in codes, team seats and billing questions
  • A booking that needs attention, such as a schedule change or a cancellation under the contract terms
  • A question about a Model Booking Agreement, a usage rider or a model release
  • A model application, profile review or age and identity verification status
  • A safety report, such as a suspicious message, a request outside the platform or a concern about a casting

Report a safety concern

If someone asks you to pay a fee as a model, to move a booking off the platform, or to take part in a shoot that does not match the casting, write to us with the subject line "Safety report". We review these first. You can read how we verify every account on our modeling agency scams page.

Brands can change plans, download invoices, cancel renewal and manage team seats in account settings. Contracts, releases and booking history stay in each booking. Models manage their profile, portfolio and payout details in their own dashboard. If you are new, start with how to hire a model, compare plans on the model booking page or read the modeling agency FAQ.
