Commercial modeling agency for ads, campaigns and lifestyle shoots

ModelContracts is a commercial modeling agency built for the way brands actually produce advertising. You cast relatable, camera ready adults for lifestyle scenes, product in hand shots and campaign stills, and every booking carries a usage rider that says exactly where the images can run. Paid ads, social, print and out of home are chosen per booking, not argued about after launch.

Commercial work our brands book most

Commercial modeling sells a product or a feeling, not a runway look. Briefs usually call for people who look like the customer, natural expressions and the ability to take direction on set.

  1. 01 Lifestyle scenes at home, in offices, cafes and outdoors
  2. 02 Product in hand and unboxing stills for ads
  3. 03 Video ads and short clips for social placements
  4. 04 Campaign key visuals for print and digital
  5. 05 Corporate and brand imagery for websites and decks

Casting the right commercial look

Commercial castings are about type and reliability. Describe the age range (adults only), style, setting and wardrobe, and filter applicants by city, sizes and experience in front of the camera. Many campaigns also need product page imagery from the same day, which our ecommerce models castings handle with their own usage defaults. When a brief calls for movement or sportswear, cast through fitness modeling agencies instead.

  • Lifestyle and everyday looks for relatable ads
  • Couples, friends and team scenes with several roles in one casting
  • Hand and detail work for product close ups, cast through our hand modeling agency brief
  • Speaking or non speaking video roles noted in the brief, and when the whole job is motion you can hire models for video shoot castings with self-tapes

How a commercial booking runs

You post a model casting with the shoot date, call time, hours, location and the usage you plan to buy. Models apply, you shortlist and send offers. Each accepted offer becomes a signed booking agreement with your rate, overtime rules, cancellation terms and the model release. Your producer, client and legal reviewer see the same record, so approvals do not live in someone's inbox. The full flow is described on how it works.

  • One casting can hold several roles
  • Client approval links on the Agency and Enterprise plans
  • Hours confirmed after the shoot before payment

Usage rights for paid ads and campaigns

Advertising usage is where commercial bookings go wrong most often. A photo cleared for organic social is not automatically cleared for paid placements, print or billboards. In ModelContracts you pick media, term and territory before the offer goes out, and the model accepts those exact terms.

Media

Term

Options
6, 12 or 24 months, or perpetual

Territory

Options
US, North America or worldwide
  • Paid ads usage named explicitly, never implied

Agency fee by plan, visible on every offer

You decide what you pay the model. The agency fee is added for the client and depends on your plan: 20 percent on Starter, 15 percent on Studio, 12 percent on Agency, 10 percent on Enterprise. Agencies running several campaigns a month usually save the most on the Agency plan, which adds client approval links and your own clause library. See every plan on pricing.

Verified adults and verified brands

Every model is 18 or older with age and ID verified before applying. Brand accounts are checked as well, and every casting carries a written brief, so nobody shows up to a shoot that was described differently. ModelContracts books fashion and commercial work only, never explicit content, and models never pay any fee. Details are on our safety page.

FAQ

What is the difference between commercial and fashion modeling?

Commercial modeling sells a product to a broad audience and favors relatable looks. Fashion modeling focuses on clothing and editorial style. On ModelContracts both run on the same contract, with different casting filters.

Can I use the images in paid ads?

Only if paid ads is selected in the usage rider of the booking. You choose it before sending the offer, and the model accepts it with the contract.

Can my client approve the casting?

Yes. On the Agency and Enterprise plans you share an approval link with your client, who reviews the shortlist and usage before you book.

Do you suggest model rates for commercials?

No. You set the rate for each booking. We show only the agency fee from your plan and the total before you send the offer.
