Model booking fees and plans for brands

How a booking is priced
Every booking shows three lines before you confirm it.
- Talent fee
Your rate per model per hour, times the booked hours, times the number of models. You set the rate, and the model accepts it or declines. For market day rates and a worked example, see the cost to hire a model for a photoshoot.
- Agency fee
The percent of the talent fee set by your plan. It is paid by the client on top of the talent fee, never taken from the model.
- Total
Talent fee plus agency fee. Overtime approved after the shoot is added at the agreed overtime rate, with the same agency fee percent.
Try the numbers in the contract builder on the modeling agency homepage, or read how to hire a model step by step.

Models never pay
Applying, keeping a profile and portfolio, receiving castings, signing contracts and getting paid are free for models. There is no plan for talent and no commission taken from the rate. Adults can apply to a modeling agency here at no cost.
Billing details
- Every plan is a subscription that renews until you cancel it in your account.
- Yearly billing is the default and costs 50% less than paying monthly.
- Moving to a higher plan charges the difference right away and applies the lower agency fee from your next booking.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Payments are final, as described in the refund policy.
- Enterprise is self-serve with a listed price, like every other plan.
FAQ
Is there a free trial?
There is a one-time free contract draft in the builder on the homepage. Every plan is paid, and yearly billing halves the price.
Who pays the agency fee?
The client pays it on top of the talent fee. Models never pay an agency fee, a commission or a listing fee.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time in your account. The difference is charged at once and the lower agency fee applies from your next booking.
Do I pay per seat?
No. Each plan includes a set number of team seats: 1, 3, 10 or 25.
What counts as an active casting?
A casting that is open for applications. Closed castings stay in your history and do not count toward the limit.
More questions are answered in the modeling agency faq. To see every fee layer on one invoice, read model hiring fees.
